Begin your journey with access to our Thermal Suite. Arrive one hour before your treatment time to relax and unwind in a serene sanctuary of heat, steam, and tranquillity - the ideal way to prepare your body and mind for the indulgence ahead.

Then, personalise your retreat by choosing two or three mini treatments from our selection. Each mini treatment lasts 25mins.

Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time.

Thermal Facilities Access – Important Information

Booking this treatment includes one-hour complimentary access to our thermal facilities.

• Please arrive one hour before your treatment time to enjoy the facilities.
• If your treatment is scheduled before 11:00 AM, you may use the facilities after your treatment, as they open at 10:00AM.
• The thermal facilities close at 5:30 PM.
